Budget Your Wedding with Wedding Planning Books

Planning a wedding at the best of times can be a hard enough task but on a budget is allot harder that’s why using wedding planning books make the whole process seem so much easier, as any kind of wedding is expensive especially if you have set your dreams on a certain kind of wedding, you might find it hard to stick to the budget you have set yourself, indeed putting yourself into dept because you just can’t not have that one thing at the wedding venue.

So I have laid out some guide line and tips for you to follow and show you how a wedding planning book can be of a great help to keeping your wedding plans to a budget.

Figure out Your Budget

Obviously figure out your budget and be realistic, do plan thing so that you are right to the budget total allow yourself some room as not everything is works out to what you might think it is going to, by using wedding planning books this is so easy to keep track of as everything is laid out so all you have to do is keep up on every entry of what you have spent, not only that but a good guide will help you source the best deals and the best places to go to get them.

Brake everything down.

Break down everything into small items and large items e.g. small things would be favours, decorations, entertainer, larger things would be venue, transport, honeymoon you get the idea, by using a good wedding planning guide this is a breeze as it is already laid out for you and with helpful tips on how to find the things you are listing this all adds up to making your dream wedding so much more realistic when you have to stick to a budget.

Set your limits

As I said before set you limit for your wedding and don’t go past it, I had to stick to a budget and I came well within that budget and had a wedding that far past my expectations all down to a good checklist, keeping track of everything and knowing where to get the best deals, so wedding planning books as far as I am concerned are a must for staying on target for your wedding budget.

Leave a Bit In Reserve

As stated at the beginning don’t spend like mad just because you think you are getting the best deals for everything use a wedding  planning guide to set everything out first so you know what everything is going to cost and the once you have that figure cut back a little as to allow for things not quite being the price you thought they were going to be, or even you might see something you prefer to the thing you were going to get but it might be a little bit more expensive, not only that but when you are getting nearer to the wedding day you don’t want to be stressing out knowing that if anything goes wrong you don’t have any money to put it right.

Look out for hidden charges

Do not forget to factor in service charges and tips. Make sure you find out from your vendors what the total charge will be, including tax and service. There are often standard service charges that are not the same as tips, in which case you still have to figure out how much to tip everyone. Most of the vendors will tell you what the average is, so you can decide in advance and have everything ready in envelopes.

Watch out for hidden charges when planning and keeping a wedding organizer don’t forget about the hidden cost of things such as tips, service charges, petrol cost time off work e.tc. also when looking around for the best prices make sure that once you get a price that the price includes tax, as some people leave the tax off, good wedding planning books will guide you through this and see to it that you don’t miss anything out when it comes to hidden cost.

I hope this has been of help to you and made your mind up to weather or not you should get a wedding planning book but from my experience I wouldn’t have been able to have half the wedding without mine.
